You can get either a mid-tower or full-tower. Those are the two that will support an ATX motherboard. Your best bet would be to NOT
get a low profile case.
If you mean all the cables inside the PC (the ones you would need for the HDD and ODD) then yes you should get two with the motherboard. You will have to get a cable for the screen and a power cable but you could probably use the same ones you are using for your PC right now. I am using the same power and screen cables from my old PC. If are talking about the cables for the PSU then yes the PSU does come with all the cables. You can't take any of them off and you can't put any on.
