H100!! ive just recently upgraded from a Megehalems to a H100 P/P and the temps on my 4GHZ i7 860 dropped with about 10c

I vote 212+/Noctua because my 212+ cools my i5 2500k @ 28-30c idle / 62c linx/prime and 45-50 in games. 4.2ghz @ 1.24v.
