Need VRM (Phase) info on MSI P6N SLI V2.

Hi guys.

I need info on this motherboard:
MSI P6N SLI V2 (nForce 650i SLI chipset).

I need to know how many phases it has, I cant find it in the manual.
The plan is to use this mobo with Q6600 and overclock it.
So the question is wether this is a good board for overclocking.

I also have access to Gigabyte GA-x38-DQ6 (X-38 chipset).
I think this mobo has 6 phases.
Maybe that is a better OC board.

Plz comment.
Sons rig.

Looks like it has 4 phases from this picture

I wouldn't go too high Vcore wise with a Q6600 on that board. However, 4 phases is not that bad.
