AMD - Catalyst Install Manager

Hello! I've been having an issue with installing AMD/ATI Video Drivers...
From 11.8 to 11.10 Catalyst Install manager Won't Install 'AMD VISION Engine Control Center' on my computer. In fact... The only thing I'm able to install that comes with the Catalyst suit is the Display Driver and HDMI Audio Driver. Everything ells Fails while trying to install, AMD APP SDK Runtime, Hydra Vision, AMD Media Foundation Decoders, and AMD Vision Engine Control Center all FAIL.

I Remove the Video Drivers with control panel, Driver Sweeper, Boot to Safe Mode, and Use Registry Easy. Then I restart to Normal (win) and try to install full package again will same results. Ever sense this has been going on I've had to use ATI Tray Tools and MSI Afterburner for my GPU OCing and tweaks... this seems to work, But I don't know how stable it is. If anyone is having the same problem with installing Catalyst Control Center, or knows whats going on, PLZ Help! =-)

Clean it with Atiman Uninstaller v.6.0.0.msi. Download LINK

Run it with administrator privilege. Some antivirus software will give a false positive. Let it restarts itself to complete the uninstallation.

Set the UAC to minimum if you are installing preview drivers.
