Use it as a decoration, old video cards look really cool, find a shadow box and hang it on the wall!

I just chat with him from msn and he said he bring it to another friend's home and try. And that is the last time he tested the card, so could be it caused by this. so I still queries what can damaged the card like this? the card can boot up but the screen is flashing/some black line across the monitor(not monitor problem).

and also he said he is surprise I still keeping the card. oh well technically speaking I am not keeping it just placing it here with dust.
