In game, mostly Battlefield: Bad Company 2, I get severe artifacting, and ultimately, 0x124 BSODs. I've ruled out a bad CPU overclock.
I originally had this problem with the latest Beta 285 drivers, and when I rolled back to v280 drivers, the problem went away. It has no re-reared its ugly head, and am now getting the same problems.
Tuesday (the day I have off from work) is going to be sad, as I'll have to take apart my rig and figure out which card is the problem, and RMA it back. I wonder if I complain hard enough, that MSi will do cross-shipping... they better...
Good luck to you on the RMA.
Had a similar deal with my CHV board. Bought it new (7-3-11) and it worked for about three weeks; 7-23-11 was the day it went bad so I filed an RMA to Asus with it.
Got another board and it never got into the OS once, kept getting the USB overvolt error with it so sent that one back and they sent yet another.
That one worked (Finally!) but from the time I began the RMA until the time I got a useable board back was over 8 weeks (10-2-11).
I hope the first time is the charm for you man.
