Noctua NH-D14

Hello!

First, I apologize if I posted in wrong location.
I have Cooler Master 690 II ( not the advanced version ) with window side panel.

I'm confused, if the noctua NH-D14 - which I want to buy it in few days - will fit!?
Side window is entered a little into the case, will somehow disturb the NH-14?
Also, Gigabyte 990FXA - UD3 heatsinks .....will be a problem?
Thanks!
