Try running your RAM on the default timings, I've found that when I'm having problems with my computer over half the time its the RAM at fault.
Thanks for some input my computer automatically set it to those timings except I set it to 2:10 instead of 2:8. Well later got to go to school.

I'm having the same issue with the same exact card, except I'm not running a server, just playing single-player. I'm using the 285.62 drivers.
