Help a noob out with a e2140 OC build

Okay guys Im a former computer nerd, but lately kinda fell out of touch with things. I have a intel e2140 that is on a crappy foxcon Motherboard that needs to go. The foxcon wont let me change the voltage so I can't OC it much...

I hear the 2140 is beast to OC so I wanna see how high I can get this little chip... What I need from you guys is to recommend a good board and maybe a good air cooler.

Here is what I was looking at:

http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicatio...826&CatId=4658

and

Can you guys suggest something better? Any help is apprenticed.

I can't recommend a board but Thermalright Silver arrow or Noctua NH-D14 are the two best air cooler there are, also I have heard good things about the hyper 212 but I haven't have any experience with it.

You bet! Welcome back to computer geek-ology. Sometimes I think its a disease.

The best cheapest cooler is the Cooler master Hyper 212 plus. (don't for get the plus, its a revision form the original 212)
you can get it for around $25-$30.

as for the mobo you are probably better off getting a used mobo from here.
The G41 chipsets are not the greatest at overclocking.

Thanks for the replies guys...

What is a good chipset for OCing.... With the prices not very high I would not mind buying new...

Or whats the name of a good older board?

Well.... Since I did not get anymore responses I threw caution to the wind and bought my new poor man E2140 setup..

I got this:

Motherboard:
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...k=GA-P45T-ES3G

Ram:
Crucial 8gb (4gb x 2)

Cpu cooler:
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16835103064

Im going to use my old hard drive and burner and OC this thing as high as possible!
