What about THIS It's $622 (602 bucks after rebate).

And add a ASUS GTX 570 DCUII which is $349.99 ($319.99 after rebate).

That's a total of $922 after rebate (or $971.99 before rebate).
With that last set up, a GTX 580 is also within your price range, after rebate ($1002)

If I were you though I'd consider this setup with a Core i5 2500k, which is $539.99 after rebate.

You can then easily afford an MSI GTX 580 Lightning ($499.99 after rebate) or an ASUS GTX 580 DCUII ($469.99 after rebate). I doubt the i7 2600k is much better than the i5 2600k when it comes to gaming.

Those are just a few quick suggestions. Can't really see why you'd need to upgrade from your current rig though, aren't 460s in SLI equal or better to a GTX 580?
