Will my Rad be enough to cool 3 gtx 480's

Thread Starter
I just ordered a swiftech MCR320 DRIVE R2 and I was wondering if that will be enough to cool 3 gtx 480's in sli or do I need another Rad? Any advise would be helpful this will be my first water cooling setup.

You won't really be getting good temps. You would probably want another rad for optimal performance but make sure your pump can handle it, of course.

I am going to give swiftechs vga coolers idk if thats a good idea or not if not i might just return them before i put them on and get something else. Your ideas on that would be much appreciated. And to answer your other question I want to be overclock it as much as I can I really want to push it.

Your choice is the cheaper route and it will allow the blocks to be used on a different board should you ever decide to upgrade.

My single GTX 360 keeps my CPU and GTX 470 cool, even when playing Cry.2 my CPU never went over 55 (4ghz. 1.27 vcore) and my GPU stayed under 48 with 1.021 volts and 850 mhz. core.
I have a second 470 with matching water block that I need to install,

Idk man, 3 480's. I persoanlly would try to get another 360 rad. Not saying you have to put those cards will pump out some heat. If your cramped on space maybe you could squeeze a rx120 in the rear?
