Better to buy a single stronger card.

The 4 580's inchy linked to are all great, but bear in mind that both Asus cards are triple slot designs. All but the EVGA have great coolers, with plenty of room for overclocking.
Make sure you pair the 580 with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139021
Can't go wrong with the TX750.

For HDD/SSD's, go for an crucial M4 for your OS drive, with Samsung F3's for storage.

For CPU cooling, your best bet is the Noctua D-14 or the Thermalright Silver Arrow - whichever one is cheaper when you buy.

Hope this helps
That is all the stuff that i reccommended so that is good, The point i posted a 3slot GPu card is becuase if you are not planning on going into SLi it is pointless not to get a card that is amazing at cooling, like the ASUS and the MIS (i know its not triple).

Also if you are to run only one 580, then 750 is a bit much, a 750 would be just fine even for 580s in SLI

So a nice modular active 650w PSU, or active is fine
