So this is my build I'll be getting in around 6 months. How would you rate it? My max budget is 1200, so I can't upgrade anything, but I can change parts to equal prices.

I will also try to stay with new stuff as they come along.

6 months = obsolete parts, its not even worth looking at anything yet. Wait until the time you get the money or decide to build, there are going to be some pretty awesome breakthroughs soon

SLI - annoying

get a single GPU, the 580 and there will be zero need to upgrade it for anything for the next 2-3 years by then you will maybe build a new system or just buy a new card

Agree

Also, if you get the 580 now, you can always SLI that in the future.

I wouldn't even bother doing this right now for Thanksgiving. I may have a part list out on what I am looking for, but I wouldnt be making a list quite yet. If you are looking to cut budget, I would get a 570 over a 580 and SLI it later, a Corsair HX850 PSU and a Crucial M4 SSD.

don't even bother shopping around right now if it's not going to be built for another 6 months.. video cards will update, ram will update, new processors will release, etc

hint hint, make sure you dont get a gpu as long as the asus 580, you will have issues with that case to fit it in!
