number 5 is perfect. There is much hate here for low DOF. I personally love it. Are you at f/1.8 or something. I might have to take my rig apart this weekend to experiment with some badass shots like this.

Also, number 8 is an GREAT abstract shot.

EDIT* just noticed your sig Macro lens of f/2.8. hot.

I actually think the dof is pretty good on all of em, I think either a slightly altered focus point or perspective on #8 and it would look really awesome. My favorite is probably #3, I like how you filled the frame and its shot a a nice angle.
