Pll overvoltage is disabled for me since day one.
iGPU does not work. If i turn iGPU off and install PCIe graphics card, Pc will boot up as usual. But if i turn iGPU on even with PCIe card installed which is connected to the display, it crashed right after the uefi Screen.

So it seems that it's just a problem for me. Weird... my iGPU worked before crappy 2.xx beta update

@ thelamacmdr

do you have extreme4 or extreme4 gen3?

When you can boot into UEFI, what do you have set as your main display adapter onboard or PCIe? What ports are you using on your graphics card and on the motherboard; are you using multiple monitors?

now i set it to PCIe because i installed my old radeon x800GTO biggrin.gif

but if is set primary adapter to onboard it's the same problem.
I can access the uefi setup with the igpu. i just can't boot into my system. It's just restarting all the time after the uefi screen
Debug LED shows A2 which means " IDE Detect" but i think it's not related to my problem since AHCI is enabled and the system boots up when iGPU is turned off

Oh, anyone got a list of which sensor is which on the E4G3 when using HWID? Where, for example, on the board are: SYSTIN, AUXTIN and TMPIN3? I wouldn't mind knowing which one is my VRMs and my chipset.

I was OC my 3770k and Ive noticed that if i set the cpu multi to 47, when I run any stability test I'm only getting 4690mhz as my OC. In cpu-z it is showing my bus speed as 99.8, when in the Bios it is still 100. Any suggestions?
Also no matter what I do in the bios my ram runs at 1600mhz at 1.65v. Even when i load the xmp or set it manually in bios it still boots up at 1600. I have to change the voltage once i get into windows with the AXTU program. I'm outta ideas on this one too, since when I ran the 1.30 Bios I had no problems getting it to 2133mhz at 1.65 ( its rated speed).

Did you disable spread spectrum? Also if you changed any OC settings in ASRock tuner then it also tends to lead to that until you reboot.

I could be wrong but I think the rear USB's are handled by a different controller. The USB header on the motherboard for the front USB's is a different controller as well. It could be a failed controller but let's hope not.
It could be a driver corruption issue.
Plug the front USB's back up to the header. Take a fat32 formated usb drive and plug that in and see if you can take screen shots of the BIOS screens by pressing F12.
Try reloading your motherboard drivers from your motherboard cd.
Would you be able to RMA your motherboard?
You could possibly get a PCI-E card with a header to use for your front panel.
That's all I can think of to try right now.
Is your motherboard an Extreme3 Gen3? I can't find any info on a only named "ASRock Z68 Extreme3" as posted in your signature.

Thanks Turtley. You are correct I think, the USB header on the mobo for the front panel USB is a separate controller, and it's what got fried. I have no doubt it i dead. Bummer.

I will not RMA, as there was nothing wrong with the mobo, it was the mp3 player. RMAing the mobo would be dishonest., not fair to ASRock.

I will try to get an add-in card. There are lots of USB cards, but only one that has the front panel pin connectors on the card, it's out of stock at the egg, and it appears to not work well with Win 7. So I'll have to find an alternative. Oh well. Otherwise, the system is working well. Thanks for the suggestions.
