How'd you find those, they're not on Asrock's site.
Found them by just making changes to the files names on the server. (L2.03, L2.04, etc...up to 2.00 and 2.10).
Also, some of the other Z68 boards have their 2.10 as the BIOS, so that was a good guess.
I did finish flashing to 2.10, so now have to test it out.

What is your problem with the fan control?
I've noticed that on my NH-D14 that has two fans, that setting it to Auto that it would change the speed of Fan 1 but Fan 2 is full speed. Because of that, I use the speed control resistor cables that come with the fans to lower their speeds.

If you have the ASRock Fatal1ty Z68 Pro Gen 3, here is the link to the new 2.10 BIOS.
ftp://174.142.97.10/bios/1155/Fatal1ty%20Z68%20Professional%20Gen3(2.10)ROM.zip
http://europe.asrock.com/downloadsite/bios/1155/Fatal1ty%20Z68%20Professional%20Gen3(2.10)ROM.zip
I have not tried it yet, but will flash over the L2.04 Beta BIOS I've been using.
Also, here is the newest version of the F-Stream program (0.1.73.36)
http://europe.asrock.com/downloadsite/utility/F-Stream/F-Stream%28v0.1.73.36%29.zip
The new 2.10 BIOS looks the same as the L2.03/04 and has the same settings.
I set it with my 4.6GHz OC settings and ran IBT for 12 hours with no issues.
I wish they had a change log so you know what was fixed between BIOS versions.

The new F-Stream now has a smaller font, fixes the issue were it showed the MB Temp as -1, and now has a setting for IGPU.

Are your fan contols in the bios workng?
Today I put in new fans and tried to use the fan control for CPU1 and CPU plus AUX Fan1 and they just go full blast with the L2.04 bios. JJFIVEOH got me checking out my fan contols and lo and behold they don't work.

I'll have to check on that later.
The way my fans are connected is System Fan 1 is on the front of my case and Fan 3 is on the rear ( there isn't a fan 2 connected). Both of those are set to full power in the BIOS, but I'm using the resistor plug that came with the fan that has then running at low noise 800 RPM instead of 1300 RPM.
The NH-D14 heatsink comes with two fans are are connected to the CPU Fan 1 and 2 motherboard header. In the BIOS I have it set to Auto mode with 65C as the target temp and fan speed 1. As the CPU temp rises, it will increase the CPU Fan 1 speed from 800-1300RPM, but Fan 2 does not change. It did this in the 1.30 BIOS as well.

I just updated to the 2.10 bios and CPU1 and CPU2 are going full blast even though they are set to auto. I'm sure glad I have two TY-150's on my Archon cause to me they are still quiet on full blast compared to what I had before. I just put in six TY-140's in my case on a fan controller and now my case sounds a lot better than before.

My fan controls work for the CPU header. If I adjust it on any of the 1-10 levels, it will idle on a 1-10 scale and kick into full at whatever temp I set it at. If I set it to manual it gives a numeric value you can enter between 0-255. That works also although I don't think the fans turn on unless the number is above 20, maybe 40. If your CPU fan(s) are running full blast make sure your level is set below 10 and your target temp is higher than what you are currently running. As has been mentioned, one of the CPU fan headers runs full blast and the other is adjustable. Why they don't work in conjunction with each other is beyond me, it makes no sense. I don't think it's good on the fan especially if you have a push/pull set up for one to be running at different speeds than the other. Both fans should be running the same speed. And this is the case whether or not you have a 3 or 4 pin fan because I've tried it.

I mentioned this in the thread way back several pages but I'll bring it up again. Before this Asrock I had an Asus MIVE and it had 2 separate CPU fan headers that both worked in conjunction with each other. They also ramped up to speed instantly when needed. If the CPU spiked to 80° then the fans kicked in immediately. On top of that Asus also had a sweet custom fan control where you could set up a custom profile with however many points you wanted on a graph just like we do with video cards. I loved that!!! I'm not trying to trash Asrock boards, I'm just comparing the two. Trust me, this fan control issue is minimal compared to the USB port issues Asus had (and still has from what I have seen). A slow ramping fan is much more tolerable than 2/3 of my USB ports not working, lol.

This fan control issue is the only reason I'm trying new BIOS. I don't think it's safe for the fans to take a minute to a minute and a half to get up to speed when a CPU spikes. It can't be just me that this is happening to, but I've only heard one other person mention it. It would seem to me this is a rather important flaw to correct.

On my Asrock E3G3 cpu fan headers 1 and 2 do work together but cpu fan 1 header only controls with pwm signal (4-pin fans only) and cpu fan 2 header only uses voltage control.
