Probably c1e then. I like it going back to 1.6 at idle but not dropping underload. I dont remember my gigabyte board having eist though. Maybe that is it.

It shouldn't be like that even with C1E enabled. I don't know what would cause that but under load it should be maxed. Define "applying stress".

Oh ok, I misunderstood what you said. My apologies, I read it as it was dropping at idle, not at load. You may be hitting your TDP limit set in the bios. Try increasing it to 250 and see if this still happens.

Stress meaning prime 95.

How high can i set the max tdp?

I thought that may be it but i was worried to go to high.

Its at 190. Lol!!! Weaaaaak

Edit: Even at 250tdp its still dropping to x40.

I have llc at level five also and im getting a serious vdroop still. Im set at 1.39v and its dropping to 1.275v.

Something definetly has control over it and i dont like it.

Level 5 is weak LLC.

These for 5ghz.

Alternatively here: Level 1 LLC with barely any offset ( +0.035~ )

Also, leave VTT alone unless you need it for memory stability.
This is my reason.

For configurable TDP, just set 500 on all of the things.

Yeah I've got these issues as well with PLL Overvoltage. I've sent an email to ASRock describing the issue but as of about a month ago I still haven't gotten a response from them regarding the issue.
