Help choose MoBo chipset

Intel 975,g41 or Intel g43
can anyone please suggest which chip set is best for overclocking & otherwise?
Need this info to choose a decent motherboard?(Intel Pentium D 930 ,3.0 GHz)

/offtopic: you haven't asked about the P45 / P43, but these would be my first choices if available.

Between those 3 I think the 975 has a good shot of OCing well the CPU, but you have to consider the 975 is an extremely old chipset; a high end 975 board would probably be worth the sacrifice in functionality, but I wouldn't spend my money on such old tech. Between the G41 and G43 there aren't many differences, so I'd choose the motherboard that has the strongest voltage regulation for the processor. That said, I'd still pick any day a P43 / P45 over these options if available.
