ASUS P5KPL Volt Mod help needed

Just wondering if i could get assistance with my ASUS P5KPL

I'm trying to Vmod but have become a bit lost

i can get the cpu vcore reading from pin 100 but i'm unsure where to put resistor > ground etc.

the IC you need to get information on is right near the 4pin ATX power connection, on the upper left-hand corner; just above the CPU socket... visible in this pic.
