Question about CoolerMaster Hyper212+

Thread Starter
Hey guys. I am finally able to purchase a better cpu cooler (lol i can't believe it took me so much time, f*ck my country). I am going to buy the CM Hyper 212 + but it seems pretty big to me. My case is Cooler Master Elite 430 and my question is will it fit? You can find the other specifications of my pc in my signature.. it should be fine, but I thought it would be better if I ask you guys first..

I really want to make sure that everything will be fine. The stock cooler now seems a little bit too close to my video card, but I might be gettin superstitious. So what do you think?

Also, what results can I get with this cooler? it seems pretty decent.. and if you think that this is not the best choice in this money range, suggest me something better!

My case, Rosewill Challenger, is slightly thinner to your case and it can fit 212 EVO inside.

212 EVO and 212+ have the same dimension, so no worry, it'll fit.

Yes it will fit in your case - the CM Hyper 212+ is actually a relatively small tower style heatsink, and one of the reasons it is recommended is that it should fit in most cases.

It should fit just fine. I have a Rosewill Destroyer (mid-tower) and it fits fine. Shouldn't impact the top fans either; I run 2 120mm fans as exhausts and neither is impacted by the 212.

if a case has 120mm fan slot on rear or front, it means that a cooler with 120mm fan will fit.
