One thing I've noticed with these boards in not to use "offset" for vcore. At least with my board, it will read about .05V higher in Windows on load then it shows in the UEFI. With "fixed" vcore, it remains the same in UEFI and Windows load.

CPU Ratio-Manual
Max Ratio-45
PLC Overvolt: Enabled
Intel Speedstep: Enabled
Turbo Boost Power Limit: Both set to 200
Core Current Limit: 230
Speed Spectrum: Disabled
Memory: Stock timings and voltage (1.5v)
Power Saving Mode: Disabled
CPU Core Voltage: 1.28v in OFFSET mode.
CPU Load-Line: Level 4
CPU Thermal Throttling: Disabled
No-Execute Memory Protection: Disabled.


Everything else I haven't touched.
