Sounds like what you need is TestDisk. It can find and re-write deleted non-overwritten partitions.

This man speaks the truth. TestDisk will find your deleted partition and write it to the Partition Table again, and all your data will be left perfectly intact. It's a very useful utility, and runs on almost any platform

i used EASEUS data recovery wizard after "someone" (dear) deleted my partition and then formatted the drive trying to help then tried reloading windows b4 i got home...it took a while but i got all 800 gig's back
I'll miss her...lol
