Blu-ray/DVD to HDD as ISO

I am about to push the button on purchasing AnyDVD HD and CloneDVD. Is that all I need to rip my Blu-rays and DVDs to ISO format on my hard drive?

Can't you use Nero or ImgBurn to do such a thing?

All programs but Nero which includes a trial, are free and easy to use. I wouldn't buy that program.

I'm pretty sure PowerISO supports that. I heard ImgBurn can't for DVD and Blurays. I would personally give PowerISO a try before you buy it to see if it has what you are exactly looking for.
