X-Fi Titanium Microphone Problem

Thread Starter
I have a X-Fi Titanium and Roccat Kave.
I can not use my microphone and I installed the lastest drivers/softwares.
When I use front right side of Kave, the voice comes very little.
So, what should I do?
Is there any problem(s) with my Kave?

My sound card is THIS.
I can't hear anything from front side. I tried everything but microphone is not working.
I'll send it back to the company. They said they'll give me a new one if they can detect the problem.
