New build no display after working for days

Finished a new build (first in a long time) with no issues. Left it on for about 3-4 days not counting reboots from driver installs, etc. Everything working great, got back from work, and no display, but all the lights and fans still on. Tried to reboot and couldn't get anything. Pulled the battery to restart the CMOS, and started it back up. Bios looked fine so I restarted windows (7, 64bit) in safe mode, and it said there was a problem reported but windows couldn't fix the problem. The logs didn't list what the problem was. Restarted again, went straight in, all settings there, everything great again.

Shut it down, went back in, hooked up side panel fan, put side panels back on, started it up and same thing with no display again. Is it possible this is a mobo issue? Bad PSU? I've tried all the normal stuff I can think of, but I have 15 day return policy with the hardware, so I'm debating if I should just swap it out?

All of the POST LED's on the mobo seem to say everything is ok. None of them are staying on to indicate issues. I verified there initial working by seeing that they will indicate issues if the components are installed (i.e. remove GPU, GPU LED remains lit.)

Could the board be bad without these indicators saying it's a different component? Could it be something in the case? I'm lost and getting frustrated!!

Help? Thoughts?

Intel i7-2600k (no overclock at all)
Corsair H60 Liquid Cooler
ASUS P8P67 EVO - I have seen a lot of issues about this board now online, but maybe this is normal?
Corsair 650W PSU
2x 4GB - 1600 DDR 3 RAM (can't remember which right now)
XFX Radeon 6850
Corsair 400 Case
LG Blu-Ray burner
hitachi 2TB 64 Cache HDD

what is display? do you have access to a better one at higher max resolution? it could be possible that the display is "out of range" happens occasionaly on my htpc connected to 32" lcd tv, I just connect my pc monitor and lower the display settings

Sorry... No display mean black screen. I am currently hooked up to a 40" LCD TV, and don't have a monitor with the hookups. Could this be VGA related?

Is there a led on the display? If that is lighting up I would assume it is a card issue.

Does your mother board have on board video? If it doesn't, try using another video card?

reconnect your video card and plugs on the video card. And maybe try a different pci slot?

No post screen, no display at all. Screen just black. Tried video card in another pci slot still nothing. I did notice the BOOT DEVICE LED is solid now. But googling this leads to even more questions! I'm about 30 minutes from ripping it apart and switching it out tomorrow. Quite frustrating. I've never had this type of issue with a build and everything I read makes it sound not only common, but like this has been an issue since sb release in January.

And, the board has no built in graphics, nor do I have an extra card laying around
