CPU crash vs. GPU crash help

Thread Starter
Some games just randomly crash on me to a "blueish" colored screen with vertical lines going across. Both my CPU and GPU are overclocked. How can I tell if this is my CPU or GPU crashing? Thanks in advance. (PS. I've been monitoring my temps and they do not go high)
