Allright the problem focuses on those two parts on the title. I was up for some overcloking which i have done some days ago. My settings on bios (f3 version) were:
multiplier 40x (4.0ghz)
Ram speed stable on 13.33 (which is my defualt i just wanted to stable them).
Intel turbo boost disabled.
EVERYTHING else are on auto or default state.
I have done prime95 for 10 hours nothing found...

I have been using this overclocking for 7 days or so untill one day... i start the PC im waiting for the post and before the post the pc auto restarts and changes only the multiplier to default value... Then after my manual restart i enter bios and upon the advance configuration it writes on a red marked square that this came from high temperatures or wrong volts... My temps are 28c on cores on idle and 60c on full load...

Do i have to do something further than the previous settings or is something wrong with my machine?
