You can plug in the 3pin fan to a 4 pin connector but if i remember right it won't be controlled by your motherboard but will be on all the time.

I don't think it'll fit.

i guess I could just get some new fans for the a70....

Many motherboard manufacturers make the plugs so you can use 3 or 4 pin fans. Maybe yours isn't like that, I don't know. However, it works, you just won't, like I said, get the mobo to control it.

Since I have HAF X with great airflow, I have mine pulling air from back of case through heatsink and pushing back in system.

Reason why? The air outside your system should be cooler than inside.

I was told this in an previous thread where I wrote I was experiencing high CPU temps.

It dropped 2 degrees! So it works for my setup.

Just a thought.
