Why don't you start off with something a little easier like the 4.5ghz and 1.3v? try and see if you can get that stable with the least amount of vcore as possible. BSOD 124 can be related to vcore, VTT even PLL voltage.
I would recommend you read this thread thoroughly
and get an idea of how tweak the voltages to find a sweet spot for both VTT and PLL voltage before concentrating on the vcore.
Unfortunatly all SB chips are not guarenteed to overclock to 5ghz, however using the method above will help determine the potential of your chip. If after tweaking the VTT and PLL voltage, increasing the vcore above average for a certain multiplier it stil not stable then it's safe to say that it just won't do it. I have seen some that can't even overclock past 4.6/4.7ghz.
