I am trying to decide on a new GPU.

Ok, right now I am still using my EVGA 9800GX2 from years ago lol. It still runs a lot of games I play but I just need a newer updated card. I can't decide on what would be the best thing for me to get.

1 of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127565

or

2 of these in SLI: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814121435

Any suggestions? I am really wanting to run Battlefield 3 and Skyrim at medium-high settings at 1680x1050.

The 560Ti will probably be the better choice. In the future you can always see about picking up a used 560 and SLI 'em.

Yeah after looking I think I am going to get this one. It's a 2GB version of the previous I posted for only a little more money. Looks like a great card.

Agreed, go for the 560ti, especially the MSI Twin Frozr. It's one of the better coolers you can get

Edit: Just saw your 2GB post. Few current games will go above 1GB VRAM at 1080p, but the 2GB version would be a good way of futureproofing, especially if you plan to SLI in the future

Go 560Ti and when you need more performance go SLI.
