Ghosting? Yes. Input lag? No.

There are a lot of low input lag IPS monitors, like most HP models, and the lower end dell models, some hazro models, ACD27" (though the new one doesn't support PC, but the old one did), and the list goes on and on and on.

Some models have spectacularly low input lag, like the u2312hm, which has lower input lag than any other LCD I've seen measured.

Yea, but he can get the cheaper version (NEC PA271-BK) without the spectraview kit, which cost around 200$ less.
