Just a bunch of kids trying to flex epeen (get the bodybuilding.com joke?)...what is the point of this? The charts are from ANAND and have already been posted in a news thread. Problem is the benchmarks for the GSII have already been debunked because you can get much better ROMS with overclocking as opposed to the i4S which is completely locked down from the get go.

Getting numbers from someone that owns a GSII you will find out that they win in browser benchmarks. Now, that being said, the graphics processor in the i4S is definitely superior by about 30%. It's basically a wash for everyday usage. Taking that into consideration your talking about a phone that has already been out for what...6 months?

Well, I don’t want to look at it as a overclocking perspective. overclocking kills battery life time and kills lifespan. I want to look at it stock vs. stock. But many people believed the samsung galaxy S2 is way I was that way. This actually surprised me.

The GSII at stock was running Sunspider at 1800 range which iphone4S is around 2200...I said it in the news thread and I'll say it here. Phone Benchmarks are never consistent. My request for a browser benchmark is to load CNN.com 10 times and average the times between all the phones. Real world results are always better then synthetic.

P.S. If you think overclocking decreases the battery life of your phone then you haven't ever done it. New ROMs and kernals for phones ALWAYS run better battery life then the stock. Not to mention all the similar reasons why people here at OVERCLOCK.net like to get good performance out of their computers. As for life expectancy....when was the last time you kept a phone longer then 3 years?
