Maybe you did not prime the pump - forget that it's "sealed."

Try laying the machine on one side such that the rad is on top of the pump while the pump is spinning; well, any position that makes the air in the pump run up in the rad would do.
Will try to load it and see if gets warmer..

I removed the seal (of course...)

Not sure what are you talking about, laying the machine on a side where the air in the pump runs into the rad? what the?

You need better fans. Not better CFM but better static pressure is what's important.

Where can you get computer parts where you live? Link some sites and we can find you better fans

Say your rad is mounted on the exhaust fan seat on the back of the case.
With the machine on, high revs (100%) on the pump, lift the back of the case to the front enough to bring the rad right on top of the pump. You should hear some gurgling in the rad.
I did this with my H70.

Why exactly did you do this? The coolant was stuck or something like that inside of the rad?

Some air in the pump. That's what it sounded like, anyways.
If there's air in the pump, the pump will not be efficient or not engage the liquid at all - depends on the type of pump.

When I said "Maybe you did not prime the pump - forget that it's "sealed."" I meant that this is a 'sealed system' and it should not have air inside it.
