HDMI to VGA?

Slightly odd situation I suppose. My motherboard will only have HDMI, but the monitors I have available to me (until I buy a new one) use VGA. I'm buying a GPU later on as well, so I can't use a DVI > VGA cable.

How would I go about getting video? HDMI > DVI cable from motherboard then a DVI > VGA cable to monitor? lol

Not in stock =( and kind pricey.

You don't have a TV or anything you can plug it into?

Alright so my parts came in today and I tried putting it together. I have a 42" HDTV. I found another HDMI cable and tried plugging it into the motherboard to the TV but it says there's no signal.

My motherboard is Asus Maximus Gene-Z, and whenever I turn on the computer the fans turn on and stay running, and on the motherboard the BOOT_DEVICE light stays lit. I have no idea whats wrong @_@ I'm pretty sure I wired everything correctly.
