Best low memory SSD for CAD

Thread Starter
I just recently bit the bullet and bought a ZT 7618 CPU http://www.ztsystems.com/default.aspx?tabid=1239&productid=28095. I was torn between upgrading my current rig or just outright replacing it and this seemed to be the better option.
However this machine does leave some things to be desired, such as the GPU (or lack thereof), power supply and an SSD. I'm using this as a dedicated CAD station running primarily CATIA V5 and AutoCAD 2011, some Solidworks 2011, SketchUp 8 and a few others. I figure it should be around 50GB of files.
I'm looking for a reasonably low priced (<$150) SSD that will be adequate for running CAD programs and my OS. I'm doing primarily design and CAM, not so much rendering, whats most important for me is speed. Any suggestions for a SSD? Also I'm looking for a decent dedicated GPU (<$150) and a power supply to go along with it.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

An M4 64 Gb. And I am in a similar hole as you, but have not tried rendering stuff onto a SSD. GTX 460/550ti will be good. PSU: HX650/ Antec Earthwatts 500W

The M4 comes highly recommended, so the M4 it shall be. I'll let you know how it performs once everything comes together.
As far as GPUs...I was also suggested the 6850 in addition to the GTX 550Ti and 460, I like the price points for the 550Ti. Is there any real benefit as far as CAD is concerned in getting one over the other? Any particular model recommendations? I'm okay with spending the extra $20 if it will be better in the long run. I like the Corsair PSU, any thoughts on the Rosewill Hive 750?
