I need a new office chair. Requirements are: roller, high back, reclining, nice seat cushion that wont go flat after 2 months of my measley 165lbs sitting on it, preferably leather, and under 200 bucks if possible.

I bought a Serta chair from office max. I really like it... especially the adjustable lumbar.
