Well, they are different platforms offered by the same OEM(CWT), targeting different market segments.
For example until recently DC to DC minor rail conversion(which means the minor rails are created from the 12v one/s) was only found in high end products/platforms(DSG) and at an appropriate cost, now you can find it in the PSHIII which is a much cheaper platform, however that does not mean the PSHIII is on par with DSG which offers better regulation, better ripple suppression and transient response, and is of a higher build quality(as good as it gets for CWT which honestly is not that impressive, for that you have Delta for example)

Anyway, you have better options than all of the above at each price level @ newegg and other places.

If it's got to be from newegg.ca and modular, Rosewill Hive 650W for $80 maybe ($13.39 shipping):

Here you go,
Thermaltake Toughpower XT 775W @ 120$ after rebate, it uses the same DSG platform as the Corsair HX 750/850, comes with superior modularity than the HX, 5 year warranty and a far better price than the HX.

Cougar GX700 @ 60$ after rebate, very good unit at a fantastic price(limited time deal).

There are other good options but these two are the best, the GX being an absolutely fantastic deal, just keep in mind both these units are severe overkill for your rig unless you plan on adding a second GTX 285.
