Yea, that happened to my friend before. And yes install the newest intel drivers. Can you download AS SSD and post a screenshot of your score?

Got the RST drivers off of Intel's website just now.

I'd recommend using a program like rt7lite to trim all the fat off your 64-bit OS. With a little bit of work you can get it down from like 16-24gb to 4-8gb.

Does rt7lite work automatically or am I going to configure it out manually? I wouldn't want to remove anything that's essential by accident...
