Go to Microcenter's website and put an i5 2500K and a GA-Z68X-UD3H into your cart and it will be $300 subtotal. Also works with the UD4 and a pair of the Asus boards (the boards are discounted $40 while in your cart). Enjoy.

Microcenter all day for cpus if you are fortunate enough to have one near by. Got my 2600k at launch for 279.99 + an additional 5% from a previous purchase for being a member.
