I know this is off topic but I clicked the link in your Sig with the 4.3 PII 24/7 and I'm just curious why the cpu-z validator says Rated FSB at the bottom left? Mine has HT Link, I thought only Intel had FSB there

P.s. I'm not trying to bust your balls, I really want to know

Looks like cpu-z messed up, mine shows HT Link on that machine, but the validation doesn't, interesting.

I think you're confusing Hz with FPS. CRTs tend to literally vibrate at 60Hz, and yes, it's very nausea inducing; however, as far as fluidity in games? 60FPS is sufficient for a proper game experience. Anything more is redundant since a) your eyes have trouble keeping up to anything past that, b) if indeed you disagree and claim that your eyes can keep up, then I invite you to reread the third sentence of my second post.

I know it will be compatible, it's not about that. OP has enough money for a 1090T/960T and a GTX 570. A 960T/570 will yield an infinitely better performance improvement than a i3/mobo would. Why's that so hard to understand?

yes minitron is an intel fanboy in every aspect of the term.
i play on a 22" crt monitor. v-sync *on* is not in my vocabulary. i still MAINTAIN VERY PLAYABLE framerates you twit. anyone who turns on v-sync will not see more than 60fps. lcd monitors refresh 60 or 75 or 120 times per second(basic fps as i understand). not many people have 120hz monitors. if they do, i doubt they would need your uninformed biased opinion.
as i pointed out and showed you before, which you OBVIOUSLY ignored, you have to overclock the cpu-nb on ph2 to get the performance. i increased my fps by 30% minimum going from a 2000 nb to 2600 nb.
i do realize you probably have no mental or intellectual capacity to overclock a processor and thats why you use and recommend a cpu that can NOT be overclocked.
take your i5 2100 spamming ass over to the intel side of the forums where you belong.
we know we can upgrade without buying a new mobo. we know how to overclock. we know how to get performance for free.

theres my 2 cents on the entire minitron pushing a 2100. damned twit

The human eyes CAN tell a difference between 60 fps and 120 fps however that does not mean 120 is necessarily better or worse. I agree that 60 frames is totally sufficient for gaming. Another thing, if you play at a higher frame rate than your monitor can display your not just wasting frames or causing screen tearing, you are also wasting more power and generating more heat in your graphics card.
