Pretty much this. The Puretrak Talent doesn't look dingy just because of the pattern and colors used. It really takes a lot of work to make that pad look terrible. Another pad you might consider is the Zowie G-TF it's a hard/cloth hybrid that works incredibly well. It's also water proof and doesn't wear quickly. I really like it a lot.

I really need to get my hands on a Hayate and a G-TF wink.gif

Thanks guys! Are there any hard mats that work well? For cloth, are there any you recommend with a smaller/black logo? I'm wanting something stealth to match my CM Storm QuickFire Stealth.

Almost every name brand soft pad is going to have a logo/name on it somewhere. Some are less gaudy than others, but they're still there. The QCK have a white steelseries logo in the lower left corner. The Puretrack talent is blue and has the name printed on it. The Roccat Taito has the name printed on it in the lower left hand corner. The most discrete would be the Artisan pads. They have smallish white symbols in the lower left hand corner and the Zowie G-TF has a small tag in the upper right corner with ZOWIE sown into it in red.

1. What's your grip style?
Fingertip grip

2. What's your sensitivity?
Medium-high sensitivity.

3. What's your maximum budget?
150 USD

4. Do you want additional buttons?
Only the standard back and forward button for browsing.

5. What games do you play?
Dota 2

6. Do you mind about prediction?
No

7. Other relevant information:
I am currently using Mionix Naos 5000 but I feel like it isn't for a fingertip grip style and want something more suited. The surface has also gotten worn and become uneven and lost its friction.

My fingers are very long so I wouldn't want too small of a mouse.

Thx guys! I'm down to the Zowie G-TF or Artisan Hayate. Which version of the Hayate do you recommend?

The larger the better wink.gif
Seriously it depends on your desk size. If the largest one fits your desk then get it as you might want to lower your sensitivity after you get the hayate. thumb.gif

If you're a Mionix fan, try the Avior 7000. Works amazingly well for fingertip grips, and it's what I use. Great mouse. Some people complain that the side buttons are annoying and in the way on the right side if you're right handed, but I've never had an issue with that myself.

1. What's your grip style?
palm
2. What's your sensitivity?
around 1200-2000
3. What's your maximum budget?
120$
4. Do you want additional buttons?
i would love 3 thumb buttons
5. What games do you play?
league of legends (mostly) and some fps games
6. Do you mind about prediction?

7. Other relevant information:
i would like a rubberized finish, a braided cord is always nice. i would like a really good sensor, low click distance, on the fly dpi is not necessary, basically im looking for the zowie ec evo with 3 thumb buttons

some examples: LOD, ambidextrous shape, weight, wireless, non-braided cord, glossy finish, button activation force, driverless, onboard memory, etc

It is my daily competitive-style BF4 mouse, and I love using it way more than any other I've ever owned over the past 7 years of playing multiplayer FPS games.

So I like the specifications of the Avior 7000 but I do really love the comfyness/shape of the CMS Spawn, then I saw the Naos 7000 and I have been thinking, the Naos looks like a big spawn.

Which could be better for my fingertip grip, Naos or Avior?

Or more interesting, it could be possible to adapt the internals of the avior within the spawn shell?
