AMD's Crossfire has improved so much it's even better than nVIDIA's. It has better scaling and better performance.

maybe you need to revise your settings.

I'm making the switch. I've already got a Intel Gaming Laptop (sigrig) and it trades blows with my 940 Black Edition Desktop (shocking). I've had AMD builds for the past 16 years. Now This Intel Gaming laptop (sigrig) will be my return to INTEL. My last Intel was 17 years ago.

In February my next build will be a 2600K

Trying to pick myself out a motherboard. I dont understand the difference between P67 and Z68.
Maybe some intel folks could give us AMD guys a quick rundown of what we should look for in the switch.

Or Maybe I should wait for IB.

Personally i would wait for IB. Unless your rig isnt cutting it there is no real reason to upgrade now.But if you want to the difference is that Z68 has like 20GB ssd that is used as something like cache and also has onboard video. P67 doesn't have that but i personally feel the P67 is just fine and its usually always cheaper.

Think I'm gonna switch back to my AM3 rig since the PHII quads are getting so cheap.
This i7 is nice and all but it has issues with some games I like to play.

Looks like those SB RipJaws I have are going to sell really nicely.

Anyone looking for some 2133MHz ripjawsx?
