I can't understand anyone who WOULDNT switch. Why go with an inferior product that is also priced inappropriately high? I can't believe people here are actually buying Bulldozer. I could understand sticking with Denebs/Thubans/Athlon IIs, but buying Bulldozer? That's insane. These are actually fairly knowledgeable computer users compared to most buyers. Its not like my cousin or sister or someone. Insanity at its finest.

agreed, im still fond of deneb/thuban but for my main rig (enthusiast build) im going with intel because they are actually increasing performance with each generation! i will never recommend BD to anyone simply because its useless in the consumer market... for me the straw that broke the camels back was the single core performance so my cpu cant even keep up with my gpu's

I'm switching to intel, but only because i wanted to upgrade and bulldozer was not what i expected. The thing im worried about, is that people are forgetting about the PII's which are great chips and the A-series (great for budget pcs) because of this bulldozer fail. Fail is fail tbh, but the current bulldozers aren't exactly meant for the majority of the market anyway.

Well since I just have my first build, no I won't. But when I upgrade/build another, I will buy Intel.
