Is this a good case for sufficient airflow?

I have a partial rig sitting next to me now.

i7 960
x58 Sabertooth
12Gb Dominator XMS3 RAM
w/ like 3 unused 120mm fans.
HX650

Yep, pretty good for a unused partial rig in the cupboard eh?

And I plan to make a whole rig out of those parts for my bro and I plan to get these:

used GTX 460/5770, an optical drive from my current rig will be taken out just to install Windows for now, my old Windows 7 OEM disc that I used to install on that exact mobo will be used. Not sure if I should get a 212 plus, or just get thermal paste and use the Intel stock cooler, as there probably wun be any overclocking.

All of these will be inside a Fractal Define E3 Black case, the white one just seems to go yellowish after a while. I like the clean sleek looks as well. So, will the Define R3, be enough for case cooling and is there a better case for the price? I live outside US, so the price range would be somewhere around the R3.

Pretty good cases

Alt would be a haf.

The Define R3 is good. Alternatives include the HAF cases and various NZXT cases primarily, but there's a very large market of cases, many of them good.

Rosewill Thor is apparently a damn good one for example.

Will the Noctua NH-U12P SE 2 fit in the Fractal Case? The heatsink is 160mm tall.

Pretty sure it isn't 160mm, since that's the height of the D14, no? O_o
