been trying to figure out this forever

Thread Starter
I have titanium HD sound card on audio creation mode and im using foobar, but ASIO just wont work "Unrecoverable playback error: Setting ASIO device sample rate failed : No clock" i can't set my audio creation Khz to 44.1 it reverts back to 48, only way i can go to 44.1 is if i disable Dolby Digital. So yeah Asio isn't working with Foobar no matter what. Output on foobar is also set to Asio

Check the sample rate settings on your receiver. I can't remember off the top of my head if Dolby Digital includes clocking information, but if it does and your receiver is set to be running at 48khz the sound card could be auto-calibrating to the receiver.

My card supports Asio and i don't like that Wasapi kills off all the sound besides the music player, cause then i forget to close it and when i open a game the sound is muted, then i have to close the game again and close foobar. but yeah.....
