If Intel do decide to jack up the price to $999 for 2500k and $2000 for 990x, then no one will buy them especially at today's bad economic status in USA...

Bulldozer might disappoint majority of the consumer, but there will be people willing them to buy like servers, school districts, government... etc As long as AMD keep their CPU price low, I really don't see any issues of people not buying them. They can be like sure our CPU doesn't perform as well as Intel, but hey our price is lower too. You get what you paid for.

umm you can't compare property a home, to a processor, amd didn't pay people off to not sell intel processors. You probably made your mind up once you saw what i wrote but needed an excuse to call me out. I have my ways of going through life, you stick to yours i stick to mine.

performance either beats the 2600 or matches it...

who cares about crysis..not everyone plays games on their pcs
Source? Every single benchmark I've seen the 8150 gets destroyed by the cheaper 2500k.

I have never been to america or studied the american states, ignorance is bliss .

Honestly, I still prefer AMD. If AMD has comparable CPUs against Intel's Sandy Bridge, I'm most likely using AMD in my system right now.

Call me an AMD fanboy if you will. lol

And in most of the tests it gets beaten by it's 2+ years older predecessor Phenom II X4... So yea, if you're a PII X4/X6 owner and plan to get this one... Have fun downgrading.

Obviously you didn'tgrasp what he meant by that statement, just commenting on your reply I thought it was funny. Live your life the way you want I couldn't care less either way. But you know what the say, " A fool and their money are soon parted."

some people actually put those extra cores to use you know?

for things that have no relation to game benchmarks...

doing something productive? you know about that right?

and im not gonna follow some reviews that just got released..

lets see what numbers people start putting up with different mobo/bios combinations in the upcoming weeks..
