I used to drink tons of Mountain Dew and Coca-Cola. Until I went to the ER with premature ventricular contractions. Turns out my caffeine intake was messing up my heart rhythm and I haven't had caffeine since

I use to play games and drink 4 loko. Know i drink vodka redbull. NO more 4 loko since now it does not have caffeine.
Snakes include but not limited to frys, pizza pockets, go gurts, gold fish, chips, and you always need a good nut.

Red bull and Mike's Country meat jerky, It's even made in the town I grew up in. I pretty much stopped eating jack links, slim jim's, and other jerky because of this stuff.

I mean I don't drink healthy, far from it, but it's for the best that those alcoholic drinks don't have energy in them, that stuff is absolutely terrible for you, and risky.

I personally don't understand why people resort to things that make you crash way hard for energy. If I need a kick just get a huge glass of water and add a 1000mg packet of vitamin c. Worst case scenario add a little jack3d, or strait up no-dose. Another great option is a fruit smoothie with oatmeal/peanut butter or a veggie juice. I NO UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE TORTURE THEMSELVES ENDLESSLY. If you want a snack pick up some skottidanks (idk how to spell it, and yes the name implies the wonderful-ness that resides within.) jalapeno Greek yogurt dip from Costco and Peta bread chips. I promise that those options are WAY cheaper and more effective than whatever crap you force your body to live off of. FYI, sugar free is worse for you than real sugar. real sugar fills you up making you eat less vs fake which increases your appetite in the long run.

But seriously, I encourage everyone of all ages to try any of those options over an energy drink. I'm 19 and am mature enough to take health seriously even if I'm working/sitting in an office chair for 12+ hours day, there is 0 reason for anyone to make excuses for it. I would think in this thread alone the people posting about health problems would be a red flag.

At first that sounded gross cause I thought Yoplait - Jalapeno, but now that sounds tasty...what you wrote, not what my mind freaked out and drew up plans for!
