I NO UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE TORTURE THEMSELVES ENDLESSLY. If you want a snack pick up some skottidanks (idk how to spell it, and yes the name implies the wonderful-ness that resides within.) jalapeno Greek yogurt dip from Costco and Peta bread chips. I promise that those options are WAY cheaper and more effective than whatever crap you force your body to live off of. FYI, sugar free is worse for you than real sugar. real sugar fills you up making you eat less vs fake which increases your appetite in the long run.

But seriously, I encourage everyone of all ages to try any of those options over an energy drink. I'm 19 and am mature enough to take health seriously even if I'm working/sitting in an office chair for 12+ hours day, there is 0 reason for anyone to make excuses for it. I would think in this thread alone the people posting about health problems would be a red flag.
I don't drink energy drinks for energy ever, if I were to do that I'd just get a coffee. Still, I drink for the taste. I love the way NOS, Bawls, AMP, and Red Bull taste.

Used to like green monster, but now I can only drink orange monster. Rockstar recovery sucks, but normal rockstar and energy cola are great. NOS (normal and grape) is good too.

It is pretty good, my limit is small on it though, it makes me feel funny if I eat too much.

I quit drinking everything but water over 10 years ago, its amazing how many new products they have come up with in 10 years. There used to be like 15 choices, the 5 coke products, the 5 Pepsi knock offs of those products and the 5 Major brand beers. Now you could try something new every day of the year.

I agree 100%, but most of the people consuming the "synthetic" energy forms either do not care, or have bought into the FDA/Manufacturing Marketing -non truths- about the products available. I guess the reality that they are trading sleep now for health later is not a concern. Its okay, they will make a cure

When I was in America this year, staying with family, I was practically fuelled by this Monster Nitro Black Ice stuff! You couldn't imagine the heartbreak I felt when I arrived back to Scotland to find that Monster don't sell most of their awesome drinks in the UK yet and I would have to have it shipped in by Amazon which costs an arm and a leg

Other than the drinks though, I <3 Jaffas!!!

PS. If anyone knows where to buy Monster Nitro Black Ice in the UK, I beg of you to tell me! n_n haha

My point is it is an awful habit. I love the taste just as much as the next guy, but I'd rather keep my health as best I can. There's no being overly healthy, but there is not being healthy enough and receiving the wonderful gift of health issues. I'd challenge anyone to make the choice of having something that tastes good vs having the feeling of good health and the empowerment of being able to maneuver your body how ever you desire whether it be push-ups, pull-ups, or giving your lady friend the time of her life .
