Edit: Oh wow! I almost forgot about XS!! This stuff doesn't give me much of a boost, but it tastes SOOO good.

Why do you need to drink energy drinks for gaming sessions? I never understood that. They're all bad for you anyways.

Normally just water. I tend not to eat while I'm at the computer, which incidentally is most of the day .

Other than that, I'll drink a few beers on a Friday/Saturday night if I'm playing before going out.
