Hey,

Just a short question I couldn't find a clear answer on the internet so I just ask it over here.

Am I able to get 4.0 Ghz with my HX650 without having trouble? Because I have SLI GTX460's clocked at 750mhz

You should be able to. I had a i5 760, and i7 870 with 2 OC'd gtx470's which draw more power running off a hx750 with no issues. I would think the lower power consumption of the gtx460's would be fine on your PSU.

I say go for it.

Well I just read so many topics on this PSU if it could run SLI and overclock but there are so many different answers unbelievable.

after some investigation I found this:

and this

Well the i5 benchmarks are at stock clocks, so this means the hx 650 will barely run this combination and I should have no space/little space to overclock my CPU.

Am I right?
